A custom control that implements the FrontPage Include Page ("Include") control.
FpInclude will include a specified web user control at runtime. It is included mainly for compatibility with FrontPage.
When converting a FrontPage Include control, the included page is converted into a web user control and placed on the converted ASP.NET page. The original included page is never modified by PagePorter, regardless of the Post-conversion Action specified.
